PRMNT Vibes is stoked to announce the next in Los Angelian awesomeness/weirdness with the most crazed show yet!
FOOT VILLAGE (http://www.myspace.com/footvillage) are a four-piece from Los Angeles who craft hyper energetic DIY anthems out of four drum kits and HEAPS OF SHOUTING. Sometimes their drums come out sounding like guitars but usually it's just chaos of the funnest sort, real wild and colourful, which explains why they fit right at home playing with the likes of HEALTH, No Age, Abe Vigoda, Vivian Girls etc. Yeah, there's a lot of drumming and screaming but tonnes of laughing with liberal politics to boot. Apparently people can be skeptical of a four-drum shouty band that are quite into nudity (not so much on stage though, don't worry) but more often than not audiences come out with "YR MY NEW FAV BAND"-style grins.

JAMIE ALLEN's CIRCUIT MUSIC (http://www.heavyside.net) is the freaked out electronic tinkerings of this local experimentalist, crafting super energized beats/notbeats out of some weird-ass suitcase/lightbox contraption. HOLY CRAP! The once Seattle-based maestro explores texture and colour with fractured beats and mega brash ways of bending circuits.
SHIFT-STATIC (http://www.myspace.com/shiftstaticmusic) bring a more linear edge to an evening of rainbow tectonics with their loop/sample backed soft indie rock. Lots of strange ambience coming out of these chords when these local youngsters kick it on the stranger side of atmospherics.
